Locating the Desired Configuation Files. Editing Configuration Files. Metro unlike most games today uses vertical field of view instead of horizontal. Metro by default displays a vertical FOV of 45 degrees or 72 degrees horizontal. Some will find the current viewing experience to be too narrow and possibly nauseating. Increasing the FOV can fix such issues and is just a simple matter of editing two configuration files.
